Seth Arnold's Chloroform Cough Killer
For your consideration:
This is one of two extremely rare Dr Seth Arnold's Cough Killer medicine bottles I found.
This is Seth Arnold's Cough Killer which had chloroform as its main ingredient.
Dr. Seth Arnold's and his medicine originated from Boston.
This bottle has its original labels on both front and back.
The bottle also has embossing on either side and it comes with its original beautiful box.
There are no contents in this bottle.
On the top of the box is the date, April, 1916.
The bottle, labels and box are in great condition considering its age.
This bottle was revised by the company as the contents used to have morphine in it,
so a label was pasted over the old morphine ingredients that was on this box to
say that it had instead of morphine, merely alcohol and chloroform instead.
The multicolored graphics on is quite readable and have strong colors and the box is
still quite sturdy considering its age.
The bottle stands 5 and 1/2 inches tall and the box stands aroudn 5 and 7/8 inches high.
All bottles are sold only for collector purposes
and contents must not be used in any way. This item is being sold as a collectible only and
not for use of the contents.
