Vintage Circus Sideshow Giant Ring Lot

Here is a vintage circus sideshow giant ring lot, with original color post card.
Two authentic original giant rings which were sold by Johann K. Petursson, the Tallest man in the world.
Johann K. Petursson, was born in Dalvík, Iceland in 1913 and went by many different names:
"The Viking Giant", "Jóhann Risi" (Johann the Giant)
and "Jóhann Svarfdælingur" (Johann from Svarfaðardalur).
Throughout his sideshow career he wore his famous Viking costume as seen in the
post card below.
He also starred in several movies and eventually retired to his hometown of Dalvik,
passing away in 1984.
The metal ring is approximately 1 and 5/8" in diameter and nearly 5/8" tall, this
particular plastic ring is extremely hard to find.
I believe it is also circa 1960s, this ring is made of a red plastic and has the image of Johann K. Petursson in plastic glued to the top of the ring.
It was common for circus giants to sell these rings at the circus as another way to
make money for the entertainers. Definitely an interesting collectible and not a
reproduction.
Both of these giant rings are in very good condition.
The post card is 6 inches wide and 9 inches high, an unused original Giant Post Card in excellent condition.
Back of the color post card reads:
Parents, 8 Sisters and Brothers all normal size. My Weight -- 9 lbs. at birth.
By the age of twenty I was 8'8". Weight -- 425 lbs. Shoe size 24.
All clothes made to order. P.S. Except handkerchief.
