Vintage Erythrol Tetranitrate Bottle 2

A wee lovely poison bottle that once contained:
Erythrol Tetranitrate, which is a potent drug used in counteracting coronary insufficiency.
Erythrol is a principle existing in many lichens and in some algae. Tetranitrate is explosive on quick heating or percussion, like nitro-glycerin. It is given in the same manner and for the same purpose, that of quickly dialating capillaries.
