E.C. Power's Asthma Relief Tin
For your consideration:
This is a great 1906 E.C. Power's Asthma Relief tin with its contents. The
tin is in pretty good condition with some corrosion going on mostly on top and
just a bit underneath. The tin is dated June 30th 1906 and is 3 and 1/2" tall.
The tin was Manufactured by the E.C.Power's Company Boston, Mass USA.
Instructions for those with asthma: Place about a thimbleful of the RELIEF in
a saucer, vand then ignite it, and breathe the smoke deeply into the lungs.
Many severe spasms may be prevented , or greatly modified by using the RELIEF
when the symptoms indicate an approaching attack. One inhalation is generally
sufficient for the worst cases; but should one trial fail to give relief, the process
may be repeated in five minutes.
This vintage tine comes from the private collection of a longtime
collector of Apothecary Items.
