Old Wyeth's Sage and Sulphur Compound Bottle

For your consideration:
Old Wyeth's Sage and Sulphur Compound bottle. This is a 6 1/2" tall Wyeth Chemical Co., Inc. glass bottle. It has a paper wrapper, which is in excellent condition, on it. There is no stopper. It says: New label adopted June 5, 1913. It also says Alcohol, 5 per cent.

The label says: Intended to Impart Color to Faded and Gray Hair. Not Intended for the cure, mitigation or prevention of disease. The directions on the back are printed in English, German, and French. This bottle was found between the walls when we tore down an old building. It would make an excellent addition to your collection.

This lovely bottle was originally found in the back room of an old corner drug store and comes from the private collection of a longtime collector of Apothecary Items.

All bottles are sold only for collector purposes
and contents must not be used in any way. This item is being sold as a collectible only and not for use of the contents.
