Vintage Palmers Ointment Quack Medicine
This wonderful little item was rescued along with
several other old medicines from the attic of an old pharmacy in a
small town in Indiana. The pharmacy was first opened in 1908.
The building and contents had been sold four times over the next
99 years, with many items accumulating up in the attic,
in the store rooms.
This is a two vintage unopened
Palmer's Ointment quack medicine tins,
both are full and have never been opened.
There is also an empty Palmer's Ointment box which has a
top flap missing.
Palmer's Ointment is for external use on skin.
Contains red mercuric oxide, venice turpentine and gum
spirits of turpentine.
