Large Velvet and Satin Coffin
Coffin is hand-made dove-tail construction.
Size is 19 inches long x 9 inches wide x 5 inches deep.
Black paint inside and outside. Brass hinges.
Outside: Vintage black velvet covering entire outside of coffin, decorated with vintage silver upholstery tacks and four vintage heavy brass handles with slight patina.
Inside:Satin inside all hand-sewn (no sewing machine was used), ruching and pleating, victorian black button in center, black satin pillow and mattress.
Signed and dated on bottom of coffin.
This is a one-of-a-kind hand-painted and hand-sewn large coffin.
