This is a charming, somewhat meandering ramble,
with illustrations from a wide variety of sources. The text and photos touch on gravestones,
epitaphs, death masks, hearses, Presidential tombs, flowers & wreathes, funeral music, garden
cemeteries, Queen Victoria's funeral, mourning garb is a marvelous hodge-podge of this and that.
This was the last of the "Collector's Annuals" and makes this a rather scarce book.
Book has been gently read, the pages are clean and bright with light wear to it's cover.
